MER's mile was blazing. Right as my legs loosened up, he took off like a rocket and started pulling away at a steady pace. The tabata was fun. Coming out of the squat was rough after holding it at the bottom. Wanted to fall to the ground during the rest period on the last two rounds. Another guy at the GM BOx wants to join the movement. We'll have to see if he is genuine or if it was talk. The idea of constantly varied functional movements at high intensity sometimes scares people when they are used to 'back and bis, shoulder tris'.
