Friday Results-

It started out good.  Felt ok, but then the wheels fell off.   I struggled to stay w/ G. Sullivan


COMPLETE TRAIN WRECK



WOD 1:     7min AMRAP:   30 push ups; 21 95# OHS.         3 Rounds + 30 push ups
WOD2:      8min AMRAP:   15 GHDs, 21 95# G2OH.          2 Rounds   (struggled w/ getting it overhead)
WOD3:      9min AMRAP:    10 burpees, 21 95# HPC           3 Rounds + 10 Burpees +8 HPC

HPC-  Hang power clean
G2OH-  Ground to overhead (power snatch, clean and jerk....)
OHS-   Overhead squat
2 minute rest between workouts
