Mon's WOD:
 15 min amrap-
 15 kb,
 15 hand release push ups,
 15 wall balls,
 15 pull ups.

 After each exercise perform 15 hand release burpees.

Ear must show for swing to count.  dropping wall ball is a no rep (must control it prior to dropping).  pull up, chin over bar.

    Funniest was him shaking his head no on burpees and me yelling don't say no

    Have been able to breathe he may have called me a few names.. LOved it!! He pushed himself way beyOnd... it was awesome to see.. Great job partner.. Sanfran out..
