Mon's WOD:
15 min amrap-
15 kb,
15 hand release push ups,
15 wall balls,
15 pull ups.
After each exercise perform 15 hand release burpees.
Ear must show for swing to count. dropping wall ball is a no rep (must control it prior to dropping). pull up, chin over bar.
Jz rocked it at oocf. Greatest moment was he knock out 41 cleans @ 155#..
