135/95- Rx But scale appropriately. As you may have (or have not noticed) G. Money, Gary the Gorilla, Gandy has only been at this since October. He has gone slow, insured he is obtaining full ROM (range of motion). IF he hasn't he works with light weight to get full ROM.
Yesterday he told me he did the 'pack' and it was too easy. So you will progress. Form before weight and intensity. The Gorilla is starting to lock in the form and crank up the intensity.
ON a side note, Coach SAN Fran provided the advice needed for me to finally get my first muscle up. THANKS SAN FRAN! She is sooo close, and El Toro (Mr. Nava to you), is training for the Masters. On his second EVER try, he did a MU like it was no big deal. (It was all in the coaching).
This turned into a brutal strength work out for me. As i struggled to stabalize the Overhead Squats, San Fran and Gary moved through the movements like it was no big deal.
