16Feb-17Feb12 Thursday and Friday WOds

THURSDAY-   Work a skill or rest. Do yoga or stretch.    If you haven't done the 11.1 Open work out (10min amrap, DU & Power Snatch) then do that.....


FRIDAY-


Eight rounds for time of:
10 Burpees
15 Jumping alternating lunges
20 Double-unders
25 yard Shuttle sprint (5 x 5 yards)
Rest 90 seconds
