Modnay results


I liked the skill work w/ these movements.  MER's last set looked better than his first.

AMRAP-  102 reps in 8min (push presses were hard and cleaning them when you rest stinks).  
                2min-  526m rowing. (no rope).   1:47/500m first 1min then bonked!

Based on popular demand, no scheduled work outs.  Rest, stretch, skills, single modality (run, bike, swim, row). 

Hero 05Apr12, then we get back to OUTLAW training 09Apr.

    Doing some internet browsing this morning, I read two posts that hit on some things I've been thinking about. Mostly, sacrificing form for output. Reference my atrocious wallball, burpee and DU form. Should we be gaging WOD performance with perfect form?

    First, KStar's MobilityWOD post today on DU technique, or lack thereof. It's a good one.

    Second, a LONG post comparing some popular programs. I think it's right on, though. Good to discuss over a beer. Here's the link:
