BB Gymnastics
5x3 Snatch @ 75%

4x3 Behind Neck Press (snatch grip)  60s rest
4x3 Snatch pull 110%    60s rest

Strength
1 x 20 back squat

Conditioning
30 Burpee over box jump
30 T2B
30  2pd KB swing
1k row (or 800M run)

I am still not doing anything overhead this week so will not be doing the  5x3
snatchs

  1. Did Tall Snatch and Snatch pulls for BB Gym.
    75-105 & 155.
    Back squat 225. made it to 10 and quit.

    Conditioning: 16:48. Had to wait for T2b, but i was good w/ that.....
