BB Gymnastics

4x2 Touch and Go snatch (any style) @ 80 %  R 40s
50 DU    R 20s
1 Snatch @ 90%  R 20s
50 DU  R 20s
1 @ 95 %

Strength
1a)  4 x 3:   Frt squat  1 1/4
1b)  4 x 3:   Weighted pull ups
1c)  4 x 3:   Weighted dips


Conditioning
5RFT:
400 M run
9 Unbroken Hang clean thrusters (95/65).


Note if thrusters are broken.  Must complete 10 hand release push ups
for each set broken before clock can be stopped.
