  1. skipped the snatches. legs too sore, so i did the thruster/t2b.
    t2b on 4x6 playground 'beam'. Made them all 'strict' w/o kipping.

    9:34. I even broke up the thrusters even though i could have done them straight if i mentally was up to it.... apparently not today. Thats the difference btw carson city ca and shelby twp mi.....
