14aug12: tuesday. Boxes & Squats

Unfortunately, my work schedule may not allow me to participate in the sport of fitness till Thursday (AND i'm taking friday off WTF???)

BB Gymnastics

5x2 Snatch off high box (just above KNEE)
5x2 Clean off high box (just above KNEE).    CLEAN ONLY

Go as heavy as you can w/ near perfect form...
15min total time

Strength

4x8 Back Squat  80% of  3RM found in MAY.   R2min
5x2 Pause front squaty  5second pause.      R 90s

Conditioning

15min AMRAP
50' Bear Crawl (there and back across stage?)
3 Rope climbs

  1. Great, long WODs Mo and Tu. Loved the crawling pushing the disks. Low friction, it was all on the legs and arms.
