20Sep12: Thursday REST Day

Nothing special today.  


What are your goals?  Really, what are they?    Post them, write them down.
Are you working towards them?  If not, why not?   Think about it. 


Do you want a 200# Snatch?   Why are you not working on perfecting your form and efficiency?  Heavy weight isn't going to help this.




6:00 min mile?   Stop eating donuts and drining diet coke.  Its hard to run 10mph when you way 200+ lbs. (For the record, i do not drink diet coke). 




I think I may start putting time constraints on the posted WODs so we can try to get them done in close to 60min.  But other than that, I think we are progressing to where we want to go,  but may need to tweak our focus.  So sit back and enjoy the next cycle.
