BB GYM
5x2 three position clean pull (2s hold at each)
then 1 high hang squat clean

practice form....

Conditioning

1min Jerk ME   (135/95)

100 Burpees for time
Every 90s perform 1 rope climb (or 5 pullups)

1min Jerk ME (135/95)

  1. Worked up to 165 on 3 position and hang clean. Felt EASY. ( Love OUTLAW)

    Conditioning was hard. 14:?? total time.
    Did burpees for 90s then rope climbed (5 climbs)
    135# on Jerk. 15 and then wimped out w/ 8.
