12Nov12: Monday. Oh boy. Drop, jump, drop, jump

Its Monday.   I believe we are going to work our way into a new cycle......

BB Gymnastics
1) Snatch: 3X1@80%, 1X1@85%, 1X1@90%, 1X1@95%, 3X1@90%, 2X1@85% – rest 30-60 seconds.
2) Clean & Jerk: 3X1@75%, 1X1@80%, 1X1@ 85%, 1X1@90%, 3X1@85%, 2X1@80% – rest 30-60 seconds.


Conditioning-

7min 
ME  Burpees.
Two hands much touch target 6" above reach.

  1. I was able to do the snatchs, but nothing was smoothe or 'pretty'- 120, 125, 135, 140, 145, 140, 125.
    C&J stunk (as usual). 160, 170,. 180 190 (95%- failed the jerk). So i proceeded to do 2x3 165# jerks. Trying to burn in better form

    Conditioning: About where i expected. 85. Didn't have a faster gear to get into in the second 3 1/2min. Maybe it was the lack of nutrition this weekend, maybe it was the lack of condtioning over the last 9months. I've got a plan for it either way.
