  1. Sometimes talking smack (to MRod) is fun.....

    Snatchs were 'ok'. Did 135x10. First 3 power. Had trouble staying back. Maybe 'cause of the running shoes.
    C&J- All squat. 175. Felt good. Tried to concentrate on getting under it on the jerk.
    JGM: 95,105,105.
    Reverse Hyper: 3x8
    Press: 45s 8,6/2, 4/4 (struggled)
    400M 1:1- 1:14, 1:21, 1:34, 1:31
