16nov12: friday nothing scheduled

Nothing scheduled today.  

If you want to improve your clean, then clean.
If you want to get faster.  run intervals.

if you want to do nothing, do nothing (well maybe 50 push ups and 50 sit ups)

Outlaw 2 maybe 3 days next week (i'm off wed, but willing to hit it at 6am).

Full on OUTLAW after turkey day, so get your gobble gobble on.

  1. Yesteday i stretched. My Knee hurt on the warm up enough to make me think a rest day was a good idea.

    Today was fun (courtesy of Sanfran)

    Run 1.5 miles (12 minutes) as a warm up.

    30 min AMRAP

    12 upright rows @ 95#
    24 walking Hail Mary @ 25#
    48 lateral jumps over the bar
    12 weighted sit ups + 12 leg lifts (slow with good form)

    4 rounds, 12 rows 4 hail mary.

    My hamstrings and core are really feeling it.

    Any suggestions for tomorrow? The video has be wanting to try something olympic. But it's a sunday so I might have the time for a Hero while the sun is up.
