05Feb13: Test week. Day 2

Strength
20 minutes to establish a 1RM HBBS.

Conditioning
Prep:
Run 400m @ 75% – rest 3 minutes.
Run 400m @ 85% – rest 4 minutes.
Run 400m @ 90% – rest 5 minutes.

Test:
Run 400m – all out.

  2. HBBS. 285 didn't feel too good. Almost got stuck about 1/2 way up.
    295 Felt just fine! New PR for the HBBS.

    1:34 (went out too fast and coasted in)

    1:12.1 (i think a pr by 0.5s but who's counting). Corners tight. Felt great on straight and slowwwww in corners.
