HBBS. 285 didn't feel too good. Almost got stuck about 1/2 way up. 295 Felt just fine! New PR for the HBBS.
400M 1:34 (went out too fast and coasted in) 1:26 1:24 1:12.1 (i think a pr by 0.5s but who's counting). Corners tight. Felt great on straight and slowwwww in corners.
