Not outlaw today: 6 400m repeats with 400m recovery. 20min amrap: 5 HSPU, 10x 135 bench press, 15x 95 push press, 20 dips

    Focused on form for both motions. After the first set of dips I wasn't able to muscle the bar up and had to get under it. Was still doing sets of 3 or 4 before I'd gas out. Best string od dips was 5.

  2. 6 400m w/ 400m recover: 400s were 1:30, 1:30, 1:31, 1:36, 1:34, 1:35 (tougher than i recall)
    AMRAP: 3 rounds then w/ last minute skipped HSPU and did 5 bench presses.
