Shutdown- Rest, Relax

    Friday: Run 3 miles.
    Saturdya:
    7x5 squat. Did most of the sets at 225. Was not able to complete all the reps in the last few sets.
    7x3 Bench at 205. I'm Definitely getting stronger on the bench.

    5 Rounds of 5 reps each of
    1 burpee pull up + 1 pull up. Rest 45 seconds between rounds. Score is the longest round. Mine was 1 min 14 seconds. Next week I might try another round.
