Frt squats- No problems
Did BW Bench presses (assumed 185): 8,8,7,5
Strict pull ups: 8,8,8,8
conditioning 4rft:
400M + 12 14" burpee box jumps. about 3:50-4min per round. 90s rest.
Had to walk across gym btw box and treadmill.
