TE joined.  I'll post our 1st and last set of squats hopefully tonight.
Finished w/ a mini-metcon.   3Rounds:  10 225# DL, 50 DU.   Sucked the wind out of me.   10:32 total.   First round was 1:30 and I couldn't breath anymore.   Next round was 3:30, final round was 5:32.   Stringing DU together was the hardest part.  So tired, i tied my shoe, i dropped my rope, did whatever stupid thing i could think of to catch my breadth.....  Awesome.
