Its actually only week 4 of SS. I took a week off when I was hit w/ a cold....
Back at it.
If you watched the videos from Friday, I had a bit of a 'dip' when I started coming back up on the squats. I went down pretty good, hit bottom. Rocked a bit forward then came up. I think I fixed it. Didn't have any evidence today. BUT, I drove out of the hole through my heals and tried to force myself backwards. This little bit may have got me to go straight up. We'll have to see on Wed.
B Routine
3x5 Squat: 235#
3x5 Press: 130# (got them all!)
3X5 Power cleans: 175# 5th rep was ugly, but got them
Pull ups: 15/6/6. Didn't rest much between sets just reloaded and went again. The 15 was nice. Getting back to my old form after F'n up the shoulder before Christmas.
What will the Tuesday Metcon bring? hmm.....
