Tuesday Metcon - 'The Equalizer'

My back tightened up in round 2.  I could lift the 185 with out issue, but setting it down nicely (as req'd by our 'friends' at the gym who think its unsafe to drop weights----> Hello Bumpers?) was tightening my back up.   I attribute it to my sloppy form on the 21 Hang snatch.   The designer of the wod wanted to have the 'start' position below the knees.   For some reason, I decided to bend over to get it below my knee.  So I added 21 good mornings to my wod.     HSPU still crushed me.  Just don't have the strength to do these.   I can get a couple straight, but used about a 1 1/2" Pad for most of them.  A lot of the later ones in the round were singles.  I'd come down.  Stop on my head.  Kip out of it and fall.  Of course i still counted these....
