Week 4: Starting Strength

A Routine:
3x5 Back Squat
3x5 Bench Press
1x5 Deadlift
2 sets 45# weighted dips.

jpz-   BS-  225#
         BP-   205#
         DL-   345#
         Dips-  14/ 7   The 14 killed me.

MER-  BS-  185#
         BP-   170#
         DL-   275#
         Dips-  11/ 8.75  

I threatened MER that I would post video of his squat form if he didn't go down in weight and insure he got below parallel.   Well today he did it and his squat form finally looked good.  

Tomorrow 20-30min metcon.
