Badger-esque

Badger is an extremely difficult Crossfit HERO WOD which consists of the following:
3 Rounds For Time
30 95# squat cleans
30 pull ups
800M run

Due to our strength routine we decided not to squat hence the 'esque'. 
Our WOD

3 RFT:
30 95# Ground 2 Overhead
30 pull ups
800M run

jpz-  32:18   (didn't feel good till the last round)
MER-  29:32     (SMOKED ME!)

MER to Ground to overhead.   Look for a fully opened hip.   that is the one queue we are working on currently.

JPZ's G2OH.   Ugly form!  On my squat clean I rolled a bit onto my toes and wasn't even close to opening my hip up fully.   Not normal for me, but this was post work out and i was pretty gassed.
