Losing steam on SS. Still doing the squats and presses, but didn't feel like doing Power Cleans and pull ups. I'm up to 17 Dead Hangs in my warm up, so I said 'screw' it on the SS routine. Rather than PC and PU i did a mini-metcon to work on some snatch form. Didn't work good but did get me tired. Really looking forward to an active recovery week next week.
3x5 Squat (255# 5,5,4)- Struggled on 4 and rather than force a 5th, I packed it in. You can do that when you are flying solo at the 'box'.
3x5 Press (135# 2,2,1)- Its amazing I did 130 3x5 because 135 has been a bitch for the last two wks.
21,15,9 95# hang snatch, pull up: 7:10. Could have went faster, but I'm getting worn down. Plus the 50yr old speedy Gonzalez didn't show up this morning.
Naples goal: Body Weight OHS ( not my body weight though).
