Monday-  Strength Day

3x5. Press
5x3. Hang squat snatch

Volume work:
1min hspu
1min hspu with 1 riser
1min hspu with 2 risers
1min btw rounds
Or sub dead hang pull ups, kip/butterfly, jumping pull ups.
Goal is reps. Lots of reps.

Grain Challenge update: 

300 burpees paid in full! Ouch.  I will be thinking twice before birthday cake next wknd.....
