Squats (3-3-3) were good. 225, 255/275(don't recall), 305. They went up pretty easy.
OHS-
MER went first, grunted and moaned the whole way through. Got 41 but made it look tough.
Gary's OHS form was better than we've seen it.
I started the OHS and once i got going, thought 'not bad'. Good rhythm. Then at 35/36 the wheels fell off. I could no longer force my shoulders into my ears to stabilize the weight. Crashed to the ground after 40.
METCON-
I was played.
I just wanted to go further unbroken then before. Was taking my time w/ the DLs and even stretching a bit between sets. We were about even. MER faster on DL, I would catch him on the push ups. At set 8 I broke and only did 8 reps. MER proceeded to rattle off 15 in a row. I never had a chance to catch him after that....
Finished at 17:17. (PR is 15:28).
