Update from the week 20jan12

What a week.

Bench press was the strength chosen for WED .   Wasn't too bad.   Managed 205, 225, 235(2). 

Tabata was not as nice.   I think the OHS from Tuesday took a big toll on me.   Once i get into the movements it wasn't all bad ('cept push ups and pull ups), but the first round was rough getting moving

Row-  5 cal (limited by first round, coasted the reamining 7)
Squats- 20
Pull up-  9   Managed 10 till the last round then lost it.
Push ups- 9  Was going good w/ 11 till the last two rounds then barely squeaked 9 in both times
sit ups-  13. 

Thursday's Christine was worse then Wed. 
DL stunk 225, 275, 325
Christine was rough.  Had no energy.   12:12.   rowed slow and box jumped slow. 

Friday-  Filthy Fifty.   Felt good till Burpees.  
Knees to elbows still slow, was doing singles by the end.    This is where San Fran pulled away.
27:27.    

May get a bonus WOD in tomorrow at Health Quest.  Lobbying for short one with lifting.  Burpees and Cleans maybe?
