Viewer's Choice- Wednesday's WOD

Based on popular demand, FAST FIVES is Wednesday's work out.

5min amrap
5 Ground to Overhead
7 Burpees
1min rest

5min amrap
5 Power Cleans
7 Box Jumps
1min rest

5min amrap
5 Shoulder to Overhead
7 KB swings

Recommended weight -  whatever you can keep moving.   Full Range of Motion preferred, but feel free to sub what you want.

I plan on doing 95#, 24" Box Jump, 53# KB (or 55# db).  Record the three splits and total rounds/reps.

Train Hard.
