I am beat up, but here is the plan for the remainder of the week:
Thursday: rest, yoga, run, walk, stretch, row. Work on a skill.
Friday: HANSEN
5RFT
30 2pd KB swings
30 Burpees (I love burpees)
30 GHDs (or appropriate sub)
Scale your reps, weights, or exercises so you finish in under 45-50min. If this takes you longer than that you need to SCALE.
