Press-   3-3-3-3  and a bonus (goal is 15 or 21)

5 RFT:
9 135# Deadlift
6  135# Hang Power Snatch
3  135# OHS

Scale as needed.







Weight should be centered over mid-line.  Two of these are common issues with most Overhead squats.
