2012 - Starting with a bang!

I've got the week planned.  If anyone has any thoughts or suggestions, feel free to add comments.

Since it is always about 'what you want' try to figure it out this year.  Do you want to be fit, stronger, faster, look better, feel better, just hang out with the 'high pot' crowd.  Figure out what motivates you.

Front squats:   3-3-3-3    Plus a bonus back squat set!

20min AMRAP:

 18 - 24" box jumps   (hip fully open at the top of the box)
 15- Toes to rings
 12-  Pull ups
