Number games con't

Since El Jefe put out an offer that couldn't be refused i re-did both OPEN Work outs:

12.1   89 burpees.   Was telling myself to go faster at the end, but body was not listening.  Improvement but I fear it will be beat by El Toro (Alex) and Amanda J if they choose to re-do this.

12.2   47.   I found a snatch.  I wouldn't call it mine, but it will do.



I'm thinking of reformating the format.   I've read the outlaw crossfit doctrine and am intrigued.   If you read this, post your thoughts to the comments.

BB Gymnastics
1) 10 minutes Hang Snatch technique work.
Notes: All reps should be caught in a squat and the loading should be light. DO NOT attempt anything heavy.
2a) 4X3 Snatch Balance – medium/light, rest 60 sec.
2b) 4X3 Tempo Snatch Grip Deadlift – medium, rest 60 sec.

Notes: 3 counts (seconds) to the knees, quick to the hips and back to the knees, 3 counts (seconds) past the knees to the floor.
Conditioning
“Nancy”
5 rounds for time of:
Run 400m
15 OHS 95/65#

Strength/Midline
1a) 3X15 UB T2B – rest 60 sec.
1b) 3X10 Banded GH Raises – medium/heavy, rest 60 sec.


If you were efficient w/ your time this would take about 45 mintues to do (not counting warm up).
