Barbell Gymnasitics

Power Snatch + Snatch (full squat).   1 @ 70%, 1 @75%, 1 @ 80% +3 more if your form is good at 80% keep adding weight.  otherwise stay at 80%.        Rest is 75-90s btw sets.

Power Clean & Jerk  1 @ 70, 75, 80 then 3.   Rest is 75-90s btw sets.

20 DB Push Press 50/35
20 Row for calories
30 alternating pistols 20 burpee box jumps (same box as earlier)

  1. Pistols were a challenge. Kept loosing my balance when using my right leg as the support leg. I remember being able to do those at my 20s. :)
    Time 19 minutes for me.
