1) 5x1 Squat Clean and jerk 80-90% 60s rest. Do not increase weight unless form is perfect
2a) 4x2 Heavy Clean Pull - Rest 60s
2b) 4x2 Frt Squat 1 1/4 - Rest 60s (go down, up 1/4 and back down then up = 1 rep)
Then
5 rft
400m run (all out)
max c2b pull ups (max 15)
rest 2min
How do you like the outlaw method? I am finding it a bit complicated which makes my wee brain have to think, but the results are evident. Watching MER and the gorilla hit some Snatch PRs like they were working on form and not caring about the weight was pretty cool.
This week i am programming from their Competitor Work outs. I may try their 'normal' work outs next week and we can compare and contrast. I may not. Let me know if you have any thoughts.
