Range of motion is key. YOU need to have body 'spatial' awerness. What does that mean? You should know if the bar is moving vertical or swinging away from you. You should be able to tell if your hips are at or below your knees. You should know (BY FEEL) if your knees are caving in, elbows are low, knees poking past your toes.
How do you KNOW? By doing rep after rep w/ correct form when the weights or intensity is light. (sorry for preaching).
