Everything was going good, till i drove off the cliff....
ReplyDeleteC&J 165. Felt fine. TRied to insure i locked out low on the jerk.
Squats felt good. 180, 195, 220, 230 (or something like that).
Then the chief....

4 (started noticing i was doing more than 6 push ups)

Ran out of energy. Could't squat or do push ups today
