Sitting here thinking what i'll sub for HSPU. Maybe i'll just do them to i figure it out or my shoulder falls off.
snatch: 95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125.

I really need to work on my pull ups.....
I'm going at 2:30. I think for the conditioning I'll divide the pull ups by 4 and the HSPU by 2.
