30may12: Wed (last day of cycle?)

BB Gymnastics
7X1 3 Position Snatch (low to high) – heavier than last week, rest 60 sec. DEMO VIDEO

Strength
15 minutes to establish a 1RM Bench Press.
oh boy, new 1RM!


Conditioning
For total time:
Run 1 mile
40 Pullups
20 HSPU
30 Pullups
15 HSPU
20 Pullups
10 HSPU

Sitting here thinking what i'll sub for HSPU.  Maybe i'll just do them to i figure it out or my shoulder falls off.

    Bench: worked up to 250, failed at 255.
    Mile: 6:47 (right behind MER)
    Modified pu/hspu to 1min of each

    I really need to work on my pull ups.....

  2. I'm going at 2:30. I think for the conditioning I'll divide the pull ups by 4 and the HSPU by 2.
