31May12: THURSDAY the real last day of the cycle

For those who chose not to work hard on Monday, we won't count it.  Work out Thursday instead. 

BB Gymnastics-  (OLY Lifting)  -17min

10min to find your 1RM Power clean and push press.

Then

7min EMOM  2 Power clean push presses at 90% of the weight above!

STRENGTH                          - 10 / 12min

4x3   1 1/4 Frt Squats (heavier than last week)   R60s
4x?    HSPU (9,7,5,3 are the 'max reps' for this).   R 60s

Conditioning -   Chasing Scott again!

    10min- P. Clean and Push Jerk. Made 175, missed 185.
    7Min at 165.
    Frt Squats at 165.
    HSPU to 'block': 5,5,5,3

    Conditioning: 8:53.
    Tried to maintain good ROM on dips, but some were questionable.

  2. Only had time for BB Gymnastics at the GM box:
    P. Clean and Push Jerk: 155 (failed 1st attempt, made second).
    7 min - one set at 145 too heavy. Restarted, did 7 sets at 135.

    Conditioning at Adams HS track:
    17:40 - Couldn't string together 3 DUs. Frustrating.
