I have global vapir at 6:00am, so I will be hitting the GM/UAW wellness center abut 8:30-9ish.BB Gymnastics
7X1 Clean & Jerk @ 90% – rest 60-80 sec.
Strength
Back Squat:
1X8 @ 70%,
1X8 @ 75%,
1X5 @ 85%,
1X5 @ 90%
– rest 1:00-2:00 between sets.

Helen - 14:46. 2nd and 3rd 400m were awful. KBs were really good. Box was crowded, so I played "find a place to do pull ups." But, when I got to do them, pull ups felt good too.
