BB Gymnastics
20 minutes to establish a 1RM 3 position Snatch (low to high). DEMO VIDEO


Conditioning
30 Muscle-Ups for time.

Substituition is-
1 false grip pull up, 1 Knee to elbow, 1 dip.   30 times.

    manged 135 full sq snatch multiple times. Couldn't get it from hang.

    MU- about 10min of MU and got to 10 maybe 12.

    G sully ripped 5 off like it was nothing.... i am so jealous.
