Airforce
For time:
20 Thrusters
20 Sumo deadlift high pulls
20 Push jerks
20 Overhead squats
20 Front squats
(95/65#)
4 burpees to be completed on the minute (starting at the 1st minute, not start of clock). Can finish rep if minute is reached during a movement.
Beach Body
For time:
Run 1600 meters
150 Double-unders
50 Burpees
Run 800 meters
100 Double-unders
35 Burpees
Run 400 meters
50 Double-unders
20 Burpees
Hi everyone. Hope you are all good and playing hard. I have two injuries and yesterday ia the first crossfit I do for the past two weeks. Did beach body and it took me 34:19 . This will be my MOP Measure of Performance. I can only get better BELIEVE ME. I do feel optimistic as crossfit already helped me to get better last year. Good luck and see you around
