Thought for the day: Sugar Coating reality is for little girls and pansies. Sometimes the truth might suck, but it is the truth. How can you make adjustments or work to improve if you don't have the truth to start from.
Truth: I can't do HSPU to save my life. Ok, maybe one but definitely not two.
Sugarcoating: It was hot, my shoulder is still healing, blah blah blah, I just need to suck it up and decide I will work at these until i own them.

ReplyDeletetimes after each round of: run 1 lap, 10 squat jumps, run lap, 10 jump lunges (5 each side) write time.. wait exactly 1 min go again.. Enjoy the death run...2nd lap of each round is amazing!! (if you wanna run like you have a 2x4 up your a#%*&#)
