27Jun12: Wed Day 3 of the taper

just an amrap....

12 minute AMRAP of:
5 Hurdle Jumps 30/26″
Sprint 50m
5 Hurdle Jumps 30/26″
15 T2B
15 KBS 32/24kg
Notes: Here is a DEMO VIDEO that features both a cheap way to build hurdles and a demo for what these should look like. After the 5th jump, Sprint 25m out, 25m back, then perform 5 more Hurdle Jumps.

  1. Well I changed things up a bit and performed first two wods from mccf open this saturday.

    1). 42_30_18. 45lb thruster and push ups. 6:19. Need to use your legs on thrusters so u can save arms for push ups. I really didn't do this and struggled on push ups.

    2) 10, 9,8....1. 135lb c and j, t2b, burpee. I recommend finding comfortable pace on cnj, but don't stop. Unbroken toes and burpees. Speed up if u have it left either at 8 or 10min mark. I made it thru 6 t2b at 15min, 22:26 (?) Total.
