Day two of tapering....
1) Back Squat: 3X5 @ 75%,
2X5 @ 80% – rest 2:00-3:00 between sets.
Notes: Percentage is based off of 120515 (your current 3RM)Conditioning
3 rounds for time of:
50′ BB Carry. Bodyweight if possible (or heavier).
25 Burpees
If your gym frowns upon a BB carry. Feel free to do DL 15 DL (225/185)
'BB Carry' tranlates to BarBell Carry. Load up the bar (take it off a rack if you must) and walk.
