26Jun12: Tuesday Day two of the taper


Some of us are talented, but DRIVELINE really should be renamed BELTSANDER and embrace his true calling.   This is a handcrafted paddle board.  As you may know, Stand Up Paddle boarding is a man-sport and ELITE approved.



Day two of tapering....

1) Back Squat: 3X5 @ 75%,
                         2X5 @ 80% – rest 2:00-3:00 between sets.
Notes: Percentage is based off of 120515  (your current 3RM)
Conditioning
3 rounds for time of:
50′ BB Carry.  Bodyweight if possible (or heavier).
25 Burpees

If your gym frowns upon a BB carry.  Feel free to do DL 15 DL (225/185)

  1. 'BB Carry' tranlates to BarBell Carry. Load up the bar (take it off a rack if you must) and walk.
