12:26. Brutal combo. I had a lot of trouble going fast on the ghds after squatting and had trouble picking up bar after Ghds....
G. Sully crushed me by like 18 GHDs. Not sure what that translated to in time.
With 145# for the back squats

First two sets of GHDs unbroken, third had to break at 10.
Probably should have gone heavier on the squats.
