First off, tomorrows Work Out is getting close to posting, I am on a ride and will not be there in the a.m. My garage will be open on Friday night for anyone who wants to join me.....
I have been having trouble getting motivated this week for fitness. I think i may be getting a bit burnt out. Luckily next week we de-load. I am not sure if i stretch that out for two weeks or what. But NOV is a tough month to stay consistent with all the time away from the gym.
TODAY i battled FRAN. I dreaded it and really didn't feel like doing it. I went in and had cotton mouth from the start (maybe that was the 'pops' on Halloween w/ the neighbors). Anyway, i bonked during round of 15 thrusters. The round of 15 went 8/4/3. Managed to do 6/3 in round of 9. Pull ups stayed unbroken.
5:17. Maybe my second fastest time, but not my PR. Was still coughing like a dog w/ kennel cough and fore arms burnt until lunch....
