Round 3 got to 18 and missed.
I need to learn to get this low on my jerk!!!
Today was weak.
ReplyDeleteGot up at 6 and spent 20 miunutes trying to stretch and warm up. Finally just did burpees until I was sweaty and breathing like a cow. I think it took 4.
Failed on the Dead Lifts. I Warmed up nice and slow but 255 more than I could do. (current max is 305) Everything just felt *wrong* back wouldn't cooperate, knees wouldn't bend and I couldn't get my hips under me to save me life.
Gave up and moved on to the upper body portion.
8 rounts of
ME HSPU 1 MIN ME pushups. (no rest between hand stand and normal pushups)
Got 3 HSPU with a rolld up towel as my pad. Was doing between 14 and 17 pushups in a minute.
The only bright spot is I'm close to being able to do real hans stand pushups.
No running,
No conditioning.
Basically got up at 6AM to do 100 pushups and some hand stands.
like I said, weak.
