10Dec12: Monday. Chip, Chip, Chipperay

Chipper day.   Don't be disappointed, the BB Gymnastics, strength, and normal torture will be back.

Can't decide between these two:

  1. GSully and MRod chose the mainsite chipper, so chip chip chip away is what we did. 20 reps at a time. 36:58.

    Mad I did not go harder, but paced every set by getting over half way, quick rest, and then finishing. Didn't really rest between exercises. After watching MRod and GSully blast out some unbroken 20s, I was wondering if my strategy was sound or too conservative.

  2. Mainsite: 50:36. Hurt all morning, really tired this afternoon.

    Can't judge your strategy, but I think that's a fast time. Went unbroken where I could. Weight was relatively heavy for cleans, push press, OHS, and front squats, so rested a lot there. Even though it took a long time, pretty satisfied to have done it Rx.
