    Baseline
    1 rep max Ground to Overhead: 185 (Power clean)

    1 minute Max effort
    Hand Stand Push ups: 1
    Push ups: 22
    Sit ups: 27
    Burpees: 11
    Squats: 37

    All reps to be done with perfect form to count. If I had the gear I'd add wall balls and box jumps. rest as needed between exercises. 3 attempts allowed and required.

    The Goal for this year is to get my body weight over my head and double each of the other numbers. I'm pretty sure that I'll hit body weight by the end of the winter. Did I mention I have bumper plates now?

  2. Love the goals. Mine are still 200# snatch, 6:00min mile. We will see if i can get there. 225# jerk wouldn't be bad but not as high on the priority list.

    Today's work. 39:19. Dogged the run after the GHDS.
